Stat Flight's Newest Addition?

Spotted originally on I-287 WB by 622/2262 5/21/04 at 0730hrs, this helicopter was seen
on the Westchester Medical Center Road, where it was awaiting placement
as a prop for the new Children's Hospital Play Area.
